How to use

Gently pulling your eyelid, apply liner in one smooth line from the center of the eyelid to the outer corner of the eye, staying as close to the lash line as possible. Move the pencil to the inner corner of the eye and draw a thin line from the inner lash line to the center. Apply along your lower lash line for a more dramatic effect.
