How To Use

• Apply liner in one smooth line from the center of the eyelid to the outer corner of the eye and draw upwards.
• Move the pencil to the inner corner of the eye and draw a thin, line from the inner lash line to the center.
• Apply along the lower lash line for added intensity.
• For a softer smokey look, use the built-in smudger tip to blend.
