How to use

1. Dot the product under eye area (and wherever else you need to conceal/brighten).
2. Use the Cooling Ceramic Wand like a facial tool to depuff and conceal.
3. If excess product, blend in with your finger or a sponge.

For additional cooling, put in fridge prior to use.
